About this event
The first hour of the Halloween family fun day is a quiet hour: a calmer, lower-key start for children who find busy, noisy events hard going. The full fun day carries on straight afterwards from 11am to 2pm. Activities are suitable for children of all abilities. Free to attend, but places need booking in advance – use the Website button to book through Newport City Council's holiday fun page. Part of the council's October half term 2026 programme.
