About this event
A free, timed 5k every Saturday morning in the grounds of Tredegar House, run entirely by friendly volunteers. Walk, jog or run it at whatever pace suits you, or come along to cheer or volunteer. It's a flat, mixed-surface course around the parkland and lake. Free, but register once on the parkrun website before your first visit and bring your barcode, or you won't get a time. Under-11s need to stay with an adult. Afterwards, lots of people head to the Brewhouse Café in the courtyard for a coffee.
