About this event
A free, timed 5k every Saturday morning in Pontypool Park – a two-lap course on tarmac paths, mostly flat with a few gentle climbs and one short, sharp one. The start is about 100m from the main park gates. Free, but register once on the parkrun website before your first visit and bring your barcode, or you won't get a time. Under-11s need to stay with an adult. Dogs welcome on a short lead. Afterwards, grab a coffee at the Active Living Centre café, which is dog-friendly too.
